30 whole months since you came into my world! And what a joyous 30 months it has been.
You are such a clever little girl. Your vocabulary is so wide and sometimes you come out with words that just astound me. You are able to hold a full conversation and I love nothing more than hearing your stories about your day or your upcoming plans!
Some of the things you come out with make everyone laugh! You only have to hear a word once and you then use it in your everyday sentences, not always a good thing mind you!! Your laugh is so contagious and you understand most things said to you including jokes!
I admire your confidence. The way you will break into song and dance no matter where you are and who is watching. You will be centre stage one day – I’m sure of it 🙂
You are so independent that it makes me proud but I also miss being needed. Your morning goes a little like this.. Wake up, demand breksast, get yourself a bowl, your chosen cereal and bib, sit at your ‘little’ table, ask to “push me”, eat said breksast before putting your bowl and bib in the sink and wiping up your table! Then when it’s time to get “me ready” you will chose a top and trousers (sometimes I have to suggest something that is much prettier) and then continue to dress yourself. Occasionally you’ll need help to get your arms in or your socks on but you are very good at it! Once you are ready for your hair to be done you will either ask for it down or in a plait and get the right box down, along with your spray and tangle teezer!!
You are very stubborn and know exactly what you want and how you want it to be done. If it is not done your way we have to start all over again! Sometimes you use this as a way to long out bedtime or get out of doing something but we are wise to it Missy!
You are full of such attitude and sass. Ok sometimes it is cute but sometimes I have to remember that you are only 2 and a half! You pull the funniest of faces and when you get up on your high horse and think you know it all – the hands just emphasise this!!
I love having you as not only my daughter but my best friend and when you tell me “I love you sooooo much, and Daddy” it makes me melt! You are so caring and affectionate and I know you will make the best big sister.
Thank you for bringing such joy to my life and always giving me a reason to smile. I love you all the way to the moon and…… BACK! Xxxxxxxxxxx
