Meal Plan Monday #1

Monday is the day I start my meal plan for many reasons. The first being its the start of a new week and it feels fresh! The second being Monday is also weigh day. This gives me clear focus for the week ahead hopefully allowing me to make good choices!

Monday – Beef Stir Fry
Tuesday – Chicken & Bacon Risotto
Wednesday – Curry!!
Thursday – Cheesy Ham & Potato Hash
Friday – Shepherds Pie Jacket Potato & Salad
Saturday – Stir Fry Chicken
Sunday – We will either throw something together or go to parents for dinner!

I will now keep you updated with my weightless journey on a Wednesday so I have time to write it up after weigh in on Monday.
