Meal Plan Monday #2

Another Monday means another meal plan. I already have my cheesy ham and potato hash in the oven ready for our dinner before I head off to group!

Monday – Cheesy Ham & Potato Hash (as I didn’t cook it last week!)
Tuesday – Slow cooker lamb casserole
Wednesday – Slow cooker chilli with rice
Thursday – Something quick or maybe my Mum will cook us dinner 😉
Friday – Homemade fish and chips
Saturday – Vegetable risotto
Sunday – We will either throw something together or go to parents for dinner!

I’m hoping for another loss tonight so wish my luck!
