Last week I failed massively with my meal plan. So this week James is off work and we have no plans to eat out so I am going to try my hardest to stick to it! I have already done my online food shop and I’m collecting it today.
Monday – Jacket potatoes with beans and cheese
Tuesday – Hunters chicken with homemade chips and green beans
Wednesday – Cottage pie with lots of veg
Thursday – Beef stir fry
Friday – Ham, egg and chips
Saturday – A simple pasta bake of some sort
Sunday – We usually invite ourselves somewhere on a Sunday!
