The start of the week went wonderfully! All meals were prepared and I was 100% on plan. Then Friday happened. I woke up with flu like symptoms and I felt absolutely terrible. Subsequently I spent the next 3 days either on the sofa or in bed. I’m still not 100% but I’m going to try and get back on plan!
Meal Plan Monday #4
Monday – Pizza express pizza & doughballs (after weigh in of course!)
Tuesday – Spaghetti bolognese packed with lots of speed food
Wednesday – Ham, egg and chips
Thursday – Diet cola chicken in the slow cooker
Friday – Double cheeseburgers (Slimming World Style), chips and beans
Saturday – We are planning on going into London so this will be a free day!
Sunday – Undecided whether to cook another roast or something different.
Any tips on sticking to a meal plan? I don’t think I’ve ever lasted a whole week!!
