I am so pleased with myself, 3 weeks on the trot that I have linked up to #MummyMonday over at Mummy Bloggers. Today I am going to share our day out to Big Space.
Last Thursday we took a trip to Big Space with my friend Katie and her son Alfie (you may have seen Alfie in my post Baby Sleepover).
It was such a hot day so I’m unsure as to why we went to an indoor play area but never the less we had such a fun time. I’m not sure whether the adults enjoyed it more than the children!
We decided to go to Big Space as we had never been there before and fancied a change of scenery. It was only £1 for both Scarlett and I (as babies go free and one adult per family is £1) and £6 for Katie and Alfie. This is probably more expensive than other indoor play areas but with a toddler entry you get a free drink and biscuit which I thought was a very nice touch and Katie was very appreciative!
On first glance it is very colourful and bright. It is not as big as our usual soft play but it does have a large soft play area including 2 big slides, a bouncy castle and under 2’s area, a pre-school area and an air conditioned toddler room complete with jumperoo’s bouncers and real life fish!
It really was suitable for both Scarlett and Alfie and it was big enough for even the adults to join in.
It is such a lovely day out for the whole family and you can even get a refillable jug of squash for £2! Now that is good!!
