Blog Your Heart Out

I was tagged by the lovely Stephanie Jayne.

So how does Blog Your Heart Out work?
There are a set of 5 questions that I shall answer and then tag others to do the same.

Who/what encouraged you to start blogging?
The birth of my daughter encouraged me to start blogging again. I tried a few years ago but never really got into it as I felt like I didn’t have enough to say that people would enjoy reading. So now I feel like I have found myself and now write for my daughter and everyone else is a bonus!

How did you choose what to blog about?
Well I just blog about anything really, mainly my thoughts, feelings and finds. But I guess the category it falls into is Parenting and Lifestyle.

What is something most people don’t know about you?
Erm this is a really hard one for me as I’m not very secretive! Gosh I really cannot think.. I like to get spots, blackheads, ingrowing hairs, anything disgusting aha! But I could not get massive cysts as that would make me feel sick. I would just like to clarify that I wouldn’t enjoying getting any of the above on a stranger, only people I know.

What’s 3 words to describe your style?
I hate describing myself, as I’m sure everyone does! But I’d say funny, sentimental and empathetic.
Funny – I don’t actually know whether I’m funny but I do like to make people laugh and I find myself funny, that’s all that matters isn’t it?!
Sentimental – I love to keep things that mean something and often if something doesn’t have a meaning, I’ll make one for it!! I love to buy things for people and make people happy.
Empathetic – I like to think that I can share a person’s feelings or at least put myself in their shoes. Which I guess makes me a good listener!

What do you love to do when your not blogging?
Spend time with my beautiful daughter, go walking, bake or cook, clean or read a good book!

Blogging when you have a baby is a really great way to start, not so sure about the gross things, I don't even like wiping my little ones noses (saying that, I'm ok dealing with poo!)

Yeah I know because I could talk about my daughter forever!! Plus it's a nice space to remember the little things you forget xx
