“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” – Kahlil Graham
Wow it’s been a busy ol’ week what with it being Little’s 3rd birthday! James has been off all week which I have actually been thankful for. Normally I’m counting down the days until he goes back to work but tonight I’m feeling anxious for tomorrow. Back on my own with two little terrors to entertain!
Of course my chosen photo of Little this week had to be one from her birthday! Despite her face I promise she had a lovely birthday and got so many lovely presents. I think her favourite was the kinder chocolate we brought her – if only we knew we could have saved ourselves a small fortune! We started her birthday with a pancake and croissant breakfast before going to the Harvester (Harversill as she likes to call it) for some lunch. Then in the evening family came round for more presents and of course birthday cake!
Ok so if you look passed the dribble and food stained dress (yes they were twinning again!) how grown up is Baby looking? She is rolling, can sit for a short while, makes lots of new sounds and gets herself into the crawling position! We are going to start our weaning journey properly as of this week as she is so wanting of food!
So after a very busy week I’m looking forward to a bit of calm. Hope you all have a lovely week 🙂
