“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” – Kahlil Graham
I am going to make it my mission to capture some photos on my DSLR this week as its been weeks since its been out! This weekend has been one of the best in a long time. But I’ve been so busy that I’ve barely taken any photos.
On Saturday we went to a fun day at Little’s pre-school and then snuggled under a blanket away from the rain! Sunday was a super busy one as we went to watch our local fun run, to the circus on our common and to the pub garden (complete with bouncy castle) before heading home to slow cooker chilli.
My chosen photo of Little was one that I captured on Saturday afternoon. Our boiler broke at the weekend so we had to empty the cupboard out and amongst all the toot we found lots of bubbles. She is so independent and insists on doing everything herself!
Baby is finally cutting a tooth so her tongue is forever playing with it. I imagine it to be a bit like when we have a tooth ache or mouth ulcer and our tongue always finds it! This photo was taken after a lovely Sunday morning bath. Usually the bath hypes her up but after this one she was well and truly ready for a nap 🙂
