Review | Fisher-Price Rainforest Jumperoo

Daddy recently brought Scarlett the Fisher-Price Rainforest Jumperoo as a little present. She didn’t really need one as she has a bouncer, play gym and a swing but what is one more?
Scarlett loves to be upright and on the move so she tries to work her way out of her bouncer and doesn’t stay on her play gym for long so it seemed like the perfect thing. Although everywhere I read people stated that their children aren’t in them for long.
I looked at getting one second hand but they were still going for like £50 and James managed to get a brand new one for £66.
This product is well worth the money!

The jumperoo is designed for children 6 months + but Scarlett is a very strong baby at 5 months and can hold her head up and even pulls to stand by holding onto your hands. The weight limit is 25lbs or 11.3kg.
It has so much for baby to do when in the jumperoo other than just ‘jump’! There is music, flashing lights and sounds which are activated when baby jumps or spins one of the toys. There are also toys to discover everywhere baby looks with a seat that spins 360 degrees. Scarlett loves having so much to see and do. Toys include a bobble elephant, swinging monkey, peek-a-boo tiger, spinner drum and more.
The frame itself was easy to assemble, or so Daddy tells me! It is very sturdy and there are no doorways required as it is free-standing. The springs are covered so baby won’t trap their fingers and the seat looks comfortable. Scarlett doesn’t complain when in there for well over 30 minutes at a time! It also folds for storage although we have yet to put it down!
The jumperoo has three height settings and we are currently using it on the lowest and Scarlett manages to place her feet almost flat on the floor. Plus the seat is machine washable and dryer safe.
Overall we are absolutely thrilled with the jumperoo, even Daddy is glad he brought it (and usually he moans that she has too many things blah blah!). Scarlett loves spending time in it and when shes not in it she is staring at all the bright colours. I would highly recommend this product to other Mummy’s and Daddy’s, especially if you want your hands free for a little while!
Disclosure: I was not compensated for this post, I brought this product myself and wanted to share it with you as we are so happy with it.
